If you get a message and after you've read it just go down to enter message and tap it and then say what you want and hit send.

Hey there and welcome to Android Forums.
Since you mentioned computer, i'll assume you mean forwarding an email? It all depends on your email client, but the simplest ways to forward are either clicking the box beside the email in your in box and you should have a forward option there.
Or, inside the email itself you want to forward, near the subject line, there should be an option to forward as well.
