Help Messaging Contacts Problem

[josefarrugia]

Greetings All,

I seem to be having a problem with my contacts being listed in the Messaging App. I somehow got email addresses found inside the Messaging application even if I set the Display Options in Contacts to only Phone contacts.

How do I only display contacts with phone numbers from one of my Google Accounts being synced to my phone?

Thank you,
Jose

call>contacts>menu>more>display options
tick "only show contacts with phone numbers"

I have already tried that. It's still displaying the email addresses in the Messaging app when I add recipient.
