Help Messaging issue

[Slappyhapper]

I have been having a lot of issues lately with my texting. Most of the time now it says that the message could not be sent. Sometimes even though it says that they still get it and other times nothing. I'm not sure but I also think that I have been having trouble receiving them as well. I have tried switching to chomp as well and it still does it. Anyone having the same issue and/or know how to fix it?

While I've not had this issue with my OpV, my daughter had this issue with the VM Intercept that I loaned her. She called Virgin Mobile and they walked her through the steps of resetting the MSID number. That fixed her texting issues.

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do that, but I will thank you.
