im having a problem receiving text messages. they don't come to the phone.and i will get pic text and the phone wont be able to download them. i miss a voice mail and today i got a voice mail and it show one from the jan 23. i just got the phone 2 weeks ago so i could take it back and get a new hero. is anyone else having this problems.
