Root [MetaMorph] FFFFFF for Velocity 0.3

This theme works good with velocity except a lot of apps I have like xtreme alarm clock and the weather channel, the fonts show up as [] instead of letters.

I've had that issue but only with the address bar in the browser and notifications of things. The font is iffy at best. I have some new stuff coming out and there is a new font that does not cause these issues.

I am new and down the road might want to take this ffffff theme and the stock theme that I put over the stock velocity rom theme and basically make the phone out of box stock (unrooting ect...) how would I go about doing this?? Thanks
