So I rooted and tried to install a MetaMorph theme, but it was taking forever so I exited out. But now my browser won't work because it was in the process of being themed.What do I do?

I'm sure, but I forgot to back up. Is there any way I can recover the browser app?
EDIT: Restart seemed to fix the problem, although I'm still wondering what went wrong in general...
