hey every one i have a question about metro pcs insurance
i have an lg esteem with insurance on it and i was wondering if it ever gets lost or damaged and i do the claim for a new one. can i pay the difference and get a newer phone ? or does it 100% has to be the same phone?

Thats a good question but with this merger and them only giving us 65percent for our headsets isnt worth it they maytell you that you need to buy a new device and they will take off. But the old way u had to pay 90.00 for a new set

No metro wont buy back tmobile say that they will give us 60-65percent for our headsets this isn't worth that but I can't call it the insurance company has done different things so u may get a new phone. Or they may tell you to go to the t-mobile store to pick one out we all looking and learn :what:

thanks for the reply. im hoping i can get the galaxy s3 as soon as it comes out and maybe sell my esteem or get the galaxy through my insurance for a bit cheaper
