Really hoping someone can help me asap..

I rooted my phone, i deleted everything google not knowing i need it all to make the market work.. can someone help me get it all back? i did 5 hard resets and nothing is working.. I know nothing about technology and nothing about android phones, i was just playing around and messed up my phone bad.
