Root metro pcs firmware

ok so i rooted my metro pcs lg esteem, put in black plague extreme rom and decded i didnt like it. forgot to back up phone and did a factory reset. after a week of tinkering i was able to get the blitzkriege rom in and the phone working again. now do i need to find the metro pcs firm ware so i can get it turned back on? if so where can i find it?
