Root [MetroPCS] 12b update and downloads in chrome

Did anyone else lose the ability to download a file via chrome after the update? My downloads always immediately fail for all file types in chrome. Stock metroweb browser works just fine.

I can't download anything either, in chrome or browser. And it won't save a photo.
I joined here today hoping to find out a fix.

That's probably cause you guys might still be using the version of chrome that comes with the phone which sucks. Uninstall it and then install the official version from the play store. I'm able to download anything I want without issue.

I also posted a debloat tool that removes the bloatware including metro's version of chrome...

GameTheory, is the Chrome installed in the Xperion Rom the stock Chrome or the official Chrome?
