Root [MetroPCS] Build Properties

Ok, I was searching through my build properties to see what all was different from my S4 & S3. I'm not rooted yet. Gonna play with stock for a week.
I noticed that in ril.subscription.types it has NV,RUIM. Now, on the S3 we had to backup the nv after root to keep the important info. Do I need to do the same thing on my S4? I haven't seen any thread about it.

If it was an issue, the Tmobile section would have a thread about it...I think. Truth is IDK.

Using DarthStarlker I did backup my EFS, but havn't seen anything on nv.
