Root [MetroPCS] can't mount data!

When i try to do a restore using cwm recovery it says can't mount /data but it successfully flashes the rom. How do i fix this and is there any way i can get my data back?

Don't boot into recovery by doing an LG Factory Reset

Boot into recovery via ADB or your ROM.

LG's Factory Reset wipes and corrupts the /data partition.
