Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] CM10.1 Bluetooth problem

Hi there everyone
I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that I use daily and they work awesome on touchwiz. But I want to use cm10.1 so I switched and randomly it will stop playing over the headphones and when I go to the Bluetooth settings it says no media but it will work fine for phone calls.
So what should I do to fix it?
Also the headphones are Harmon kardon BT headphones

Which build did you flash? I know the earlier builds had bluetooth problems. Try the latest stable or the latest nightly.

I flashed the earliest build of the stable

OK so I flashed CM10.1.2 and the problem persists
Do you think a new kernal would fix it?
