Ok, this is probably pointless, but hey ..

I just noticed "Google Settings" in my apps .. Does anyone know when they did this?

I'm Root'd w/ stock ICS still.

I too just noticed that. I guess they pushed it while we weren't looking. I remember they did that when they changed to google play from market.

If your launcher will allow it, just hide the icon. That's what I did.
