I did not make this just happened to find it on the interwebs.

1. Download to SDcard.
2. Boot into recovery and wipe dalvik & cache.
3. Flash launcher first then the weather widget.
4. Boot up phone.

This is not for Touchwiz ROM. this is Touchwiz launcher for CM, carbon ROM, pac man. I'm running Carbon ROM 4.2.2 I'm getting ready to install.... lets see how it work.
 
May I ask whats the difference between the S4 and S3 Launcher?

From what I can tell...the s4 launcher is very similar to the note 2 launcher in that they both have the page buddy feature...which is cool. Our s3 launcher does not have page buddy...yet...it might get it in the next update but I can't be certain.

There are very very minor graphical changes...most odvious is that instead of white dots that show you which homescreen page you're on (s3) the s4 launcher has little houses.

Lastly, I've heard that the s3 launcher builds suffer from an observed "micro stuttering" when quickly swiping between homescreen pages when running many widgets and or live wallpapers. I feel that I've noticed this at times as well. I can only hope that the s4 version, being a newer build...might correct this assuming its true.

The launcher in this thread is unique in that it is for all roms.

Edit...what I don't get is why they're so stuck on 4x4 homescreens...makes no sense.

yea we have the page buddy on the update :D haven't used it yet though lol

nevermind it just brings up an extra home screen page for when u either insert head phones or when u have your phone on a dock or when your roaming. its neat but i dont see myself using it much.

All in due time my friend metropolis will be the first to release all these good stuff lol for now I have no authority to release anything. The source is waiting to see if this is the final release or just a test build. But I think I just saw something I need to point out to shabby and the source. This may be final stable release.
 
Go to settings ->apps -> all -> and look for Touchwiz home and delete data. Then make sure you have a different default or backup launcher. Then use titanium backup to completely remove Touchwiz launcher.
 
Hey guys, I flashed this last night but ever since.. my icons on the TW launcer have been looking odd. The icons are there.. but they have some sort of grey box around them. How can I get rid of the grey
 
Hey guys same thing happened to me many times, just do this flash the s4 tw launcher again and it will fix it. Don't wipe anything afterward this will work
 
Is there anyway to make the lock screen weather to look like the transparent one from the homescreen?
 
I really like this launcher I'm using it with rootbox rom and so far so good :thumbup::thumbup::)
