you have to root your phone then use a app on the market called nobloat
i will strongly tell you be very carefull what you uninstall you can easily brick your phone with this app if you do not know what your uninstalling

i have the system on my pc, just removed the obvious un-needed apps, then i made it a flashable zip to only install unsecured boot.img, and replace app & framework directories with my own, but a data wipe/factory reset is required for it to boot
but it's 100% working de-odex'd/debloated and them-able etc.. must be flashed over the stock LJ3/rooted system ill upload it soon for those of you who like testing things for no reason

-yahoo stuff (4 apk files for news and stocks)
kept the "My Metro" app so ppl can pay there bills LOL

I think some of the yahoo stuff is used by the lockscreen news feature.

Debloating isn't something advance if ya know what's Ok to uninstall/remove from your phone then just navigate to your system/app and delete the apk you don't want to show/run anymore on your phone. I don't bother deleting stuff since I can't seem to stick to a ROM long enough to even care about bloat. Most of my interest in ROMs for our phone are aosp ROMs such as black beans and aokp sometimes cyanogen mod and neither of them come with bloat lol. But yea I do like stock touch wiz so I sometimes switch back to stock from time to time.

you use goomanager to flash these roms right? and isnt backing up and restoring your apps a hassle when you factory reset and try a new rom or switch between roms?

Umm settings, security and lockscreen, then lockscreen options or something like that. Theres a news switch and if you press, you should be able to set it up.
