Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Modded Triangle Away/Mobile Odin

Nice work as usual.. for some strange reason when i flash Goodness Rom my system no longer says. Modified. Says normal.. but all these will come n handy if we gotta deal with metro :-P

for some strange reason i decided to flash that that flash counter zip last night and it erase my phone number my MIEI everything smh..maybe cuz i was on goodness Rom ? anyway no matter what NVrestore would not work ..so i decided to download shabby's Odin stock tar and got everything back rooted and back on goodness..

I think it's official I'm going to take a break from flashing everything ruining smooth with this ROM. I'd hate to have to give my metro my money for another phone lol so this is me on vacation good luck to the rest of you ha :p

Yeah the lost of nv seems to be a random risk when flashing. It doesn't what you flash just flashing itself can cause it. You were just unlucky and happened to flash the counter reset when it happened. I'm surprise your nv restore didn't fix it though. It always does for me.

I did the same thing (but on Metropolis) with the same results. I figured what the heck. What's the worst that could happen. NV restoration didn't work and I'm back on stock - for now. I am missing Metropolis.

Yep lol. To tell ya the truth i had no idea that stock tar would fix it was planning on taken it to metro, but wanted to be at least on stock glad i did that, and glad it worked that way:-) had an nvbackup o. My pc but it wasn't working. Had to wait for stupid Evga to shipped a new Motherboard to me. But all is well now :-P
 
After hearing kungfu411's story im getting paranoid:confused:, can i backup my nv again? just to make sure that it is backed up?
