Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] new s3 need help

hello to all
just got my new samsung galaxy s3 model# sch-r530m
can anybody tell me which is the best easy root program to use.
also what rom is recommended.??
i did a search but so much confusing ways so i figure asking would be better been phone is hours new. thanks to all

ok did the recovery and root what bloatware are save to remove.????

is there a different recovery or root to use since i use the one recommended on post #2 i can't take software updates.???i get the message your device has been modified updates are not available.???

To get Updates you need to go back to Stock Recovery.
