Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] One more update from metro ;)

its all good we on top of things me and shabby tackled it. he stayed up late last night working on the new metropolis based off on the new mf2 firmware.

download the 1.4.0 update place it on ur sd card enter recovery enter first to wipe then slide to wipe once its done go back and go to install look for metropolis 1.4.0 and install/flash it then once it done wipe cache dalvik then reboot and let it do its magic. ill let u know now shabby had a issue with the boot animation so ur screen will remain black and will look like its not booting up ill tell u now relax its indeed booting up. u will eventually see the soft led light on the bottom of ur phone light up then enter first time setup.

edit: also flash the new mf2 modem since shabby never adds it to his rom as a safety precaution incase some1 is dumb enough to flash his rom on another variant it wont brick his device.

well the update is getting closer. When I check for updates it says they are first come in the order they request. before that it said all updates were already installed. So should be soon for Florida
 
Was wondering what version is Metro suppose to be out with and which PRL? N N4zty u gonna get mad guess what I had to replace my phone cause and everything that was on my SD card was wiped so new phone n SD so not rooted...awww

Lol why did it get replaced?
 
no i meant after ur set back up with root and metropolis just ur luck ur phone goes out.... i have had similiar luck with other devices. not making fun of ur bad luck but would rather u think positive than to be depressed about a device that could/have been replaced. keep ur chin up its not worth losing sleep over it.
