Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] question about battery?

Here it is. The final "tally". I tested my OEM battery to see if I really needed to root or a big fat battery. I HIGHLY recommend downloading and using the free app Easy Battery Saver from the Play Store. I could have went longer but a day and a half of restricted use was enough.

Looks like this is with extremely light use.

Before anyone says "Oh, the phone was idle", when I got the phone a week ago the battery was at 80% or lower from just being on the night stand while I slept. That's about 6 hours or so.

i think the battery is great, hooked phone up to send pic to pc only that is why it shows usb charging

Update guys I actually let the battery die then fully charged all good getting excellent battery life I needed to do that I guess

Is it possible to overcharge or damage the battery by leaving it on the charger too long? I like to put it on the charger at night before I go to bed, but I noticed that it often is fully charged in just a couple of hours. Could I be damaging the battery by leaving it on the charger all night?

Once in a while the phone will make annoying beeps when I connect it to the charger. The battery symbol seems to jump each time it beeps. This seems to happen if the charge level is between about 40% and 90% when I hook it up - but it does not do it all the time. My wife has the Galaxy SIII too, and she has an oversize battery and a different carrier (Sprint - mine is Metro). Hers does the same thing.

If the charge level is really low, it never beeps when we plug them into the charger. Have other people had this happen too? Is there a solution?

got the 4200 mah Hyperion battery with NFC.. today and it's the same size as the esteem with extended case and phone feels much better in my hand way much better..still lighter then esteem too..going to see how long it last ..

I never charge overnight. I lose 10% of my battery over an 8 hour period while connected to WiFi as I sleep. Wake up, plug it in before getting ready and it is fully charged by the time I walk out the door.

I have. No issue with battery this is with stock kernel and to be completely honest that's one day of work from me leaving my door to my return and that's amazing I was going to see how long normal use lasts but I'm going out to a club so have to have a better charge I'm pretty excited for modded kernels to come out
