Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] [ROM][4.2.2] Illusion v2.1 - 7|16|13

Hey guys. Got a bluetooth and tryna get it to where it will connect to phone media so I can listen to music through it but I don't see the option under bluetooth settings.. Any help?

Try uninstall it from play store and download it back an see if it works sometime it do the magic. I'd the same issue after upgrading to 4.3 but that is what I did and it works for me, it's version 4.5.17 make sure you flash 4.3 gapps that is where you can get it.

Thanks for getting back to me guys. Unfortunately I can't uninstall via the Play Store. I only have the option to "Open" or "Update". MikeEthio, where did you find version 4.5.17 of the app? And since this rom is still on 4.2, would it be wise to flash 4.3 gapps?

BTW, I know it was said that the OP was dealing with some personal stuff, but does anyone know how he's doing? He's definitely gained a lot of fans here with this ROM, and I hope he's doing well.

Like I said before after upgrading to cm 10.2 I had force close issue and I just did uninstall and install it back after that it come up with version 4.5.17, but yesterday it updated automatically and now I've got version 5.0.21 and the YouTube app icon also is changed too. I'm running cm10.2 ROM and 4.3 gapps.

OK, now I understand. Didn't realize you were on CM10. How are you liking CM10 compared to Illusion?
 
Straight from the dev....

What's good peeps!! It's Friday!! So as I promised we're pushing for a release today. I've got the device trees for s3 and s4 set up completely, yes this includes jfltexx and i9300 (no delay this time). I'm going to start compiling soon enough to get things updated... Here's what you guys need to know....

1) THIS IS AN ALPHA BUILD!!! I know there's issues. S4 users, irda I'm not sure works 100% yet, CM seems to be doing something extra with it, making it smarter maybe, not sure. Headphones jack is fixed.... S3 users, Focal can take 3-4 pictures at a time!!! If you take more it'll freeze and kill the camera til a reboot is done!

2) I removed Hybrid Settings.... 4.3 rebase fugged it up. The Hybrid Settings I'm adding back is a tad different from PA's Hybrid Settings, nonetheless is based on it...

3) Themes: So there's like 3 themes we currently have going... KLP, Illusion Blue and Illusion Purple, all of which have been done by [MENTION=2014360]Annex1[/MENTION]. Dude is a complete beast!!! They'll be hosted on Google Docs! DO NOT MIRROR THESE THEMES UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!! If anyone asks where they're located, refer them to the link that will post...

4) I officially got my real estate license!!! What does this mean? Yeah I'm going to be getting busy, but the freedom of schedule and pretty much being my own boss works out, but I'm taking this seriously... getting my hustle on peeps!!! I won't promise weekly builds... but builds will come often, I assure you that much :).

5) This is a 4.3 Based ROM!!! WIPE WIPE WIPE!!! If you're already on a 4.3 based ROM.... WIPE Anyways lol.

Hope you guys enjoy this build... This is Illusion's initial 4.3 release.... Stick around peeps, I'll be updating the threads in a few....

Nice! I'm going to have to transfer everything over to my comp again since this is a 4.3 build and none of my 4.2 stuff is going to carry over -___-.

Umm, what? I've been on multiple 4.3 roms and I am not sure I understand what you are saying.

Followed directions on each post and everything was good except for the somewhat common 4.3 issues.

Would you mind elaborating?

Sure, an example would be when I went from a 4.1 rom to a 4.2 rom, none of the pictures that I had in folders would show up. In order for me to get my pictures I had to go back to the 4.1 rom and transfer everything over to my computer then flash to a 4.2 rom and tranfer everything back. I know someone told me that everything would be in a "legacy" folder or something like that, I forgot :(

Why not use dropbox to back up your pic. the way went you change ROM just install dropbox log in and bang all your pic are there. is what I do, just saying.

OMFG! :o I never thought of that, I feel so dumb. Thank you, I'm diong it now. I'll just wipe the photos from my MC so it won't take up space.

And the reason it was a problem from 4.1 to 4.2 was because of multiple user profiles...I wouldn't expect that to be a problem from 4.2 to 4.3...

As someone else suggested, dropbox works. Google+ works as well. Although if you store the pics on your sdcard, you'd be fine as well. I've never had issues with pics carrying over but I did hear about that issue before. I always keep what's important on my sdcard though. And I keep that in sync with my dropbox. Good luck and don't worry too much about 4.2 to 4.3
