you probably can since you can flash a usc rom and it works(at least they used to i aint tried that in a while), but he doesnt have a build specifically for us like he did previously...
 
Seems like no build for d2mtr today. He's still building for more devices and hopefully we get a build for us. I miss this ROM!!

Yes I do us cellular is pretty much same as ours i been flashing their roms without any problems. I just edit the build.prop to show it's a metro phone.

Ok, thanks. I'll google changing the build.prop so I can change the carrier name as well because I have no clue on how to do so.
 
Here is what I do not understand about dev's discriminating against MetroPCS users......

We have more activity and threads than any other S3 phone with it's own forum listed under the rooted threads section. So why are we always last? Perhaps that question should be asked of the developer of this ROM. XDA discriminates against MetroPCS users so much that they refuse to create forums for MetroPCS phones.

All of this is wrong!

Okay so ima try to flash usc version but what do i change from build. Prop and how. I really want to try update
 
Guys, Nicklovell23 has been a great contributor to us metro users. He has unofficially ported a lot of AOSP based ROMs for us. Why don't you reach out to him. He keeps them up to date and is quick to help solve issues.

I just installed it so I can't say right now. I'm setting everything up now, it's going to take a while, lol.

Edit: I sent myself text and mms with no problems.

Edit: One problem I am having is with restoring my apps with Titanium Backup, it doesn't even try to restore anything -_-

Maybe try going to preferences in TB and direct the backup folder to storage/sdcard/TitaniumBackup
Assuming that's where the TB folder is. When I flash 4.3 ROM the backup folder location is something like storage/emulated something something. But when I change it, it works

Thank you. It didn't work for all my apps but it worked lol.
