Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] [ROM][4.2.2] Illusion v2.1 - 7|16|13

Does anyone have a different Notification bar depending on what you're doing. For example iusually its all blue (default key lime pie theme) and then while on YT or texting on in a call. It turns all green?? normal?

That's normal. Its Paranoid Android Colors. With that on it changes the color of status bar depending on the app. Like youtube makes icons in status bar red.

A lil suggestion to the devs here. Add an option to turn off the pop up sound bar. Lol it really gets in the way when adjusting the sound while playing a game

I mean get rid of it so it's not there at all. I do the hold and drag up but it's just turns red with an x but doesn't do anything.

Double tap it then drag it!!

Since there are two different round circles with an X in the middle of it, let me clarify these instructions a little bit.....

If the blue circle is almost all the way hidden on one side of your screen, you need to first tap once on the little sliver of it that is showing and this will present you with the full blue circle. Very quickly (before it hides again) if you do a single tap and hold and then move upwards a red circle with a X in its center will appear just above the blue circle. Dragging the blue circle to the red circle will delete the current notification.

If instead of doing a single tap and hold, you do a double tap and hold and then move your finger in any direction around the screen, you will notice that the blue circle will move to a different position on the screen (thus allowing you to place it where you prefer it). When you are moving the blue circle around the screen this way you will also notice that a slightly larger red circle with an x in its center will appear centered at the top of the screen. If you drag the blue circle into this red circle it will shutdown the HALO service.

If you find that you want to start using the Halo service again after you have shut it down, this can be accomplished by pulling down your notifications from the status bar. At the top of the notifications next to the time and date will be a new icon that is a blue circle with a white rectangle over its top left side. Hit that icon and the Halo service will restart.

I might give this ROM a try, My question(s) are:

Is the call volume low? the last 4.2.2 rom I installed, the call volume was too low for me, I couldn't hear anything even with the volume all the way up. I had to reflash the previous rom I was on, does this AOSP ROM have any kind of volume boost for phone calls like the JB Goodness rom?

The volume is as loud if not louder. Lolz plus DSP manager allows to go much louder.

Isn't there an Advanced setting that boosts the volume? I don't know if that's what it does, but if so, it's in every AOSP Rom.

But u won't need it with this Rom . The call volume seems to already be boosted . If it's still not enough pm me and I can send u a zip

Ok, so I have this ROM installed with no problems and the call volume is good ^_^. I love the Halo notification, this is what attracted me to it.

I'm not being notified about voice mails and after I'm done checking my messages on Halo, the notification doesn't go away it just sits there telling me I have messages that I already checked.
