That is mint wallpaper background .

Bottom left is circle battery widget, middle is minimal text widget for the clock


The wallpaper was made in photo shop with the icons in the bottom right as part of the wallpaper.

Then you place your apps over the icons on the wallpaper and then edit the icon and place and invisible icon over the app you just put there, so when you press the wallpaper ...your selected app opens.

Definitely.. Opens a whole new world to them in your phone or home screen.

You can design any wallpaper how you want in photo shop, put icons on the wallpaper itself and use the edit icon with the transparent icon over the one you just placed there.
