Everything you need is in that thread by nuttmeg that mr. Peanut linked for you. What you need will depend on what you have done with your phone.

If all you did was just root then all you will need to do is uninstall superuser or super su and factory reset.
If you have custom recovery and custom rom then download the stock rom and recovery and flash those.
