Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Update problems please help!!!

I have a galaxy s3 from mdtro pcs and I rooted and put roms on my phone but I haven't put any roms on it lately and have been on touchwiz and just on the metro touchwiz, I installed clockwork mod and when the update came out I download it but when it when into recovery iy stopped and asked me to install untrusted zip, I clicked yes and a little android guy popped up and had a little exclamation point then I turned thr the phone back on and it said it didn't work and to visit Samsung services I thought it was the root or CWM and I went back to samsung toolkit and removed root then removed CWM, it sayed it worked and then I flashed the stock recovery again. I downloaded it again and when it went into to install clockwork was still on it. Then I rooted and installed clockwork againg and then I uninstilled clockwork and flashed stock recovery again, then unrooted and it still didn't work :mad: then I really want the official update can anyone help!?!?! Pm me if you can
 
Both of you guys should have seen this already because it's posted pretty much everywhere.

You cannot take ota updates with custom recoveries. But the good news is everytime an update does come, you will be able to get it from the same good people that brought you roots and recoveries. They got you covered. Look in here there are three threads to choose from that will give you the jellybean update, while keeping root and recovery. Sweet as hell right?

Are these touchwiz jellybean roms? If so can you post some links?
