New account with metro pcs and new phone, 2 day's old. Short codes worked one day. Now they don't. Called support they did something, or so they say. Said to restart phone. Same problem..Any advice appreciated.

New account with metro pcs and new phone, 2 day's old. Short codes worked one day. Now they don't. Called support they did something, or so they say. Said to restart phone. Same problem..Any advice appreciated.
Short codes only work with certain plans, and call *228 and it will reset your MDN & MIN and hopefully that should fix the issue.
