What i can recommend is AndroidTuner to clear cache/dalvik. Reboot. N see what happens if u don't hav CMWrecovery or 2Nd-sd CMW recovery

Yea i got LTE2 recovery but ill try Android tuner first Thnx.

The only way to fix is was to go in to cwm format data, format syste, Format data, media and flash KDZ
