u could go online metropcs.com and sign in u have one already and it would tell u everything u have ur plan when is ur bill due and u also could changed it if u want thats how I do it real eazy

lol the easiest way is to tell us how much ur paying monthly lol if ur paying $53 then ur on the $50 if ur paying $63 then ur on the $60 and if ur paying insurance then just add $5 to each of those numbers. if ur paying for several lines for example im on the $50 plan and im paying for another line which is on the $40 plan instead of $90 in total im paying $85 cuz i also have insurance.

What's your extra 3 dollars for? I'm on the 50$ family plan so I'm paying 45$. The tax and everything is included so you must have some extras to be paying the extra 3$

They charge a $3 "convenience fee" if you pay in-store. My bill, with two Optimus Ms on the family plan, both with insurance and backup, runs $102 but since I go in and pay it in person they add 3 bucks which brings it to $105.

yes store fee sorry i should of said that in my post but i assumed it would of been obvious lol. but ya right paying online is better, quicker and saves us gas money.

To make a useful post in this topic, when you signed up for service you should have gotten details on how to login to the MetroPCS website. If you've forgotten them you can go to the Forgot Pass or Forgot Username options where you login and your info will be texted to your phone after you enter your number. Now that I think about it that's unsafe as all get out. If someone gets your phone they can go on the site, have your username sent to them and a temporary password which voids your existing one and totally lock you out. That concerns me.

Once you're in you'll be able to see what plan you're on and how much is due on your account and when.

dealers never talk about making a account online that is done by registering at metropcs with your phone number and pass code which is your birthdate in this formate. if i was born in 12/20/1980 then pass code is 12201980. then metro pcs will send a txt message to confirm registration.

i was actually with u on that i wasnt correcting u so no need to facepalm urself lol but only corrections made dealers are not concerned with telling u what u should do online to help u stay protected or what not.I guess they rather collect their $3 fee instead of having you pay your bill online which is no biggie for me cuz its only $3 but then again $3 times 12 = $36 so if ya really concerned about saving $36 a year then switch to online payment.

It's alright I facepalm often for no reason :D. I was just stating that I just realized how insecure their method of user/pass retrieval is. I'd rather walk in and hand them my money in person than trust a computer cause I've been burnt by the system before.

I'm calling out Rule 25 on this. We should really get back on track with the OP.

25. Relation to the original topic decreases with every single post.
