Like i have said before, if you have CWM installed you can NOT NOT NOT accept a ota notification. if you do recovery tries to install a zip that does not exist. Sometimes wiping cache/dalvik fixes it sometimes it doesnt. You have to kdz and restore from nandroid if you have one.
