I don't know how to post links or really feel like jacking around with looking, but there is a new root method for Verizon and At&T Galaxy S5s which are supposedly tough to crack, at any rate, the article goes on to say it roots almost everything else. Any one who is game to try just search for Geohot root on XDA and let me know how it goes. I already have rooted 12b, but maybe this can help some of you guys who are having trouble. Just a thought.....
