Here's a new Sammy ROM has the looks and feel of S5.

[ROM][I9505]*17.4.2014* Samy Deluxe S4 ROM Galaxy S5 "I Don't want To Grow Up" - xda-developers

[ARocker]

There is another rom that also has many S5 features looks and apks, that is still actively developed and supported. Sammy rom is no longer developed or supported per the developer and is made for the att variant.
