Root [MetroPCS & T-Mobile] insufficient storage available

My internal storage has like 600mb free but I get this error message installing even small apps. Any fix for this?
 
Yeah I meant something besides obvious solutions. I moved everything possible to the SD card, deleted everything I didn't need, and still can't install it update anything even though I've over six hundred megs free.
 
I had tried. I did a factory data reset when that didn't work. Everything seems to be in order now. I wish I could find backups of the stock apps.
