If you have encountered a bootloop from installing a ROM improperly/deleting something you shouldn't (I've done both) and you either can't boot into recovery, forgot to backup a working system, or can't access your SD card from recovery (I've ran into all problems 
), don't panic.
If you can still access the Emergency/Download mode, you can flash a 10i KDZ to your phone and start from scratch.
To access Emergency/Download mode, just hold the Volume Up button on the left side of the phone and plug the phone into your computer (assuming you have the driver for the phone installed on your computer, if not heres a link for the install: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=0BwSiHc_5wjHJUEozckdsb3ZDR2M ).

NOTE: Skip steps 5-11. The KDZ has been provided in the links at the top, no converting needed. (not going to lie, it took me a little too long to figure that out)
This will take you back to the unrooted 10i software. Non-ideal, but it will work again and it is not hard to root, unroot, upgrade to 12b and then flash a ROM or whatever you want to do from there.
