MHL Adapter Included

Hi all of those who already have a SGSII i was just wondering if there is an MHL adapter included in the box. If not does anyone know anywhere to pick up an MHL cable preferably in bulk?

Are these made by Samsung only? I thought they would be a universal cable made by many manufacturers?

That's odd. The Infuse 4G due out next week in the US comes with an MHL adapter in the box. I would think it would be available as an accessory before next month.

Well, I got my MGS2 the other day and no MHL cable. Seems they're being sold separately from June onwards. 25 quid in the UK.
