Mic & ear speaker don't work unless speakerphone is on

Okay, I'm mad now. My dad just called, my first call on the GNex, and I could only talk to him on speakerphone.

With speakerphone off, neither the mic or the front speaker work, he can't hear me, I can't hear him. Tried restarting and called him back, still didn't work. Tried calling my voicemail, no dice.

With speakerphone on, the microphone and back speaker work. So the mic is fine physically, looks like some kind of bug or defect.

By the time I get back to the Verizon store tomorrow afternoon, they'll probably be out of phones. Not happy. </rant>

Sorry to hear that, hopefully they wont. I called my store around 7pm and they said they had plenty.

I hope that you get yours replaced, this sometimes happens, especially with first batches.
