Help micro sd 16 gb stopped working !!

My micro SD card, 16 gb, stopped working after restarting device. It is no longer recognized by my Xperia play.
I put another one / 8 gb / and it reads it normally
What might be a problem? Please help, I have lots of good stuff on my card and I don't want to lose them
Is there any way to solve this issue?

Could be a bad sd card (it's been known to happen)

^^^ He might be right, where did you get them, is it really brand new? Some Amazon vendors are selling used one even they labelled it as new(mine is from bestbuy). Try to reset your phone using the card that is working and then put that 16g again and cross your finger.....
