And some story how I got forbidden on SlideMe
I have published some application on SlideMe and going to publish this but...
At first I get mail:
Your translator app will only be approved if it can work offline. This is to ensure it is functional for a lot of SlideME users that do not have access to Wifi on their Android devices, and also that you are not freeloading or piggybacking off of another company's translation services online.
Regards,
SlideME Team
you are not freeloading or piggybacking off - That funny I thinking
I wrote e-mail to Slide me:
Hello
Are you kidding?
You have in store a few the same programs
Online translator v3.3
myTranslator v1.3
...
and more, more,...
They have both internet access and online translate function. What I can do that you approve my app? Write mail to Microsoft for get approval from them? And how you know that your store online translators aren't "not freeloading or piggybacking"?
Is it point have in your rules?
Also, I comunication with Microsoft Translator Group about that issue and got reply:
The Microsoft Translator terms of use do not prohibit you from selling your app in a marketplace.
The Microsoft Translator service is, however, not available offline. It requires an internet connection, capable of transporting http traffic over port 80.
Your Microsoft Translator team
Ok, I think Microsoft have weight for software industrial!
But What was my disappointment when I got answer on my mail in which I reference to agree from Microsoft
As mentioned before, if your application requires internet access, it will not be reviewed or approved. Since you didn't understand this the first time, let us explain it a few other ways. If you want your application to be approved, it must be able to function with Wifi and data networks turned off. Your application will not be reviewed again if it can only function with access to the internet. If your application functions without internet access, we can permit it. This is the final time this will be explained. We do not care about Microsoft or any licensing questions you may have discussed with them. Microsoft has no weight in our approval process.
Unfortunately I can`t put link on my App in Play Store. I have small count post messages
However, my application have ID in Play store as:
id=com.microtranslator.language
