We switched to At&T 12/11, immediately realized we had no signal in our house, so AT&T's answer....buy a microcell. Which we did and everything seemed to work okay till about 3 months ago. I', not able to send/ receive picture messages. I can send and receive plain text messages at home, but NOT a picture. I've called AT&T several times, the most recent last night, they removed the microcell from our account and then reregistered it.....didn't help. This is SO ridiculous! Has anyone else had this problem? Was it resolved? I'm hoping someone here can help me, so far AT&T technical support has been useless.

Me? I'd request a credit to my account for at least half of the cost of the MicroCell. Yup. For sure.
