Help microphone not working right

hey guys,

Evo has failed on microphone. in call, other end says they can't hear me...
microphone problem..is there any quick trick to make it normal?

plz help!

i want to change the phone but no store has evo anywhere.

You can try a hard reset, you will lose all data on the phone, but it's something to try. If not, call sprint, they just got some in stock at telesales.

Ot atleast try a soft reset first, shutdown and pull out the battery for a bit.

Well my husband just got his HTC EVO about 1 1/2 months ago and when he calls me or I call him I can't hear him. We have taken it to sprint 3-4 times now. And they finally told us that they would order him a new phone. But it would take a week to recieve. But my whole concern is that what if my HTC EVO starts acting up to?
Well I guess we will see what will happen. I will keep you posted if they do get him a new phone.
