Help Microphone Problem

I have a new RAZR M issue. The other day, I decided to pair my M with my vehicle. No problems, it worked fine. The problem is that the phone's microphone is now giving me problems. When I make a phone call, the mic is dead until I click/unclick the speaker button. I've restarted the phone and unpaired it from my vehicle. Any ideas?

I checked other forums and found someone who had the same issue. They fixed it by plugging in a plug into the 3.5mm earphone jack. I tried it and it seemed to work. I'm going to leave it overnight and see if it stays. I just wanted everyone to know, in case they ever have the same problem.

So, a couple of days later and everything's working normally. I guess that's it.

Maybe it got wet.

It has something to do with switching microphone options, from regular to Bluetooth. Plugging in a plug in the 3.5 jack reset it. Or so I'm told. I haven't tried to re-pair with my vehicle.
