Microsoft building Android launcher??

So I was browsing through my feed on Google+ when I came across this.......

could this be Microsoft attempt to ready the move to an android compatible OS and to finally do away with those ugly tiles?

Hahahahah! I kinda like Cardio font (ROM toolbox). Close to stock/droid sans but not overly flamboyant either.
