Help Microsoft Exchange High Data Usage

Hello Everyone,

I've been trying to solve the following issue for a couple of months now, and I really don't know what to do...
I have a Galaxy Note II, 4.1.2.
The exchange server is - Exchange 2010 SP3 ActiveSync 14.3.

The problem is quite simple - the exchange drains my data package within days.
I've talked to our IT department, they say that the problem is with my phone and I should get a new one (ain't gonna happen :) ).

I tried different forums, settings, etc. and I just can't find a solution.

Please note, there are no issues with stuff like attachment download, etc.
The whole inbox is 500mb, i get a traffic of 1.5 GB in days....

Usually when Exchange is using a lot of data is because it is auto resending something over and over. Check your outbox to see if there is something stuck there... probably with an attachment too.
