Midnight rom antrax kernel detunes!!! help?

so Ill be using my phone then stop using it let it sit and phone will basically ****** itself to like 400mhz.... at this point the phone is VERY VERY slow I have to go into antrax kernel tuner and put it up to 135000 where it belongs... For games I run tune at 1.5 ghz for like GTA 3 but 90% of other games just 1.35 ghz I feel is perfect.

How can I make the kernel stop switching to very low mhz? it also shuts off 1 of the cpus for no reason... is there a fix for this?
 
After you apply your frequencies in cpu tweaks do you go into settings and have them applied at boot? I have kernel tuner set both cores to 384 to 1.51 with the ondemand governor and have no issues with lag.
 
Also when I click MISC tweaks it forces closes and says kernel has stopped working... it do this to anyone else???
 
update.... I just installed latest version 2.3.2 **EDIT** 2.4 kernel now just found it.... no more force close Ihad 2.3.1

Hope this one is stable and dont reset stats over and over also I Click the Wrench at top in kernel tuner and click "apply settings On Boot" and click "On Boot Completed" is this the correct one or should I click "Init.d script"?

still does it even after update.... phone will random reboot also at times.... and sometimes 1 core will shut off and phone will come to a SCREECHING HALT running at 500 mhz NOT COOL! takes forever to get into kernel turn core 1 back on and jump back up to 1.3ghz... -____- thinking about switching to a new Rom as this one is unstable.
