I could maybe intentionally brick and say something malfunctioned and since they're discontinuing it I might be able to just pay the difference.. Most likely I'm stuck though..

the phone is over a year old and its cdma. cdma is gunna be gone by the year 2015 or sooner who knows why keep selling a phone thats not gunna work anymore ? if u go on metros website its only the new gsm phones they stopped selling the old cdma ones

i guess lol. but honestly i dont keep a phone for more then a year i tend to upgrade every few months thats just me though.

Yes because they're doing away with cdma completely by then per the terms of the merger with t-mobile..
