Help Milestone Overclock not in superuser whitelist

So i rooted my milestone & installed the overclock app. The first time I installed it, I allowed it to have root permission, but didn't choose always allow. Now when I check the superuser whitelist, it doesn't show the Overclock app.

The app still shows that it is working, it will let me load the module, and then change the speed, but is it really working? I dont notice a difference in performance.

I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it never asks for superuser access. Is there a way to manually add it, or a solution?

Thanks

First of all get SetCPU and then you can set profiles and check temperatures. You will immediately see if it is working.
