I would like to introduce to you my minimal idea for Android Wear Watchface.

I is minimal but still stylish, animated and customizable.

Any chance of adding a seconds function to the watchface? Being able to look at seconds on a watch is critical for any EMT or paramedic working in the field and checking a patient's pulse rate.

Definitely,
I'll add seconds in the update after the one which is now prepared and tested.
I suppose it will be optional setting, to show or hide seconds.
