Minor questions...

So I finally got my Inspire...came from an iPhone 3g...and so far I'm loving it!!...just some minor questions...

First, is there a way to have some applications automatically sync, like mail, and other apps manual sync, like friend stream?

Second, I download zedge, and found some ringtones...I found one ringtone I wanted to use for my text messages, but it doesn't let me select that ringtone for text messages, just notifications...and help would be appreciated!!!

To use ringtones as text tones from Zedge, install Astro file manager from the market. Navigate to your SD card folder sdcardroot\media\audio and create a folder called notifications. Move ringtones downloaded from Zedge into this folder and you can use them as text tones.
