I have no idea. I cannot log in today, I needed to top up and the system is not recognizing my phone number.
You must be going through the infamous update. I was unable to log in for 5 days while my area was being updated.

Same here tried to login in last night and as well today to only it saying the system can't recognize my phone number. Tried to add money to my account and can't, called there support number and the rep said about system upgrades and maintenance and could take up to 36hrs to complete

My account is going through the same update. CSR said they're updating the entire system and once done, all accounts will have added service of 3 way calling and call forwarding.
