Help Missed Call...Completely MISSED!!

Newbie
I'm not sure what is going on, but whenever my phone is off (powered off), or has no reception, there is no indication that I missed a call. How do I know? Because, if I'm lucky, I get the voicemails but my phone won't say who its from or that a call was missed. Now I have LauncherPro does that have something to do with it? I never noticed it before I installed it, then again I wasn't looking.

Your phone wont show that you've missed a call if its powered off. Same if you've got no service. The phone log doesn't know you've missed a call because the call never reached your device..

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong..lol.

Soooo, How am I still getting voice mails and texts? If the call never reached the phone.

They come late but after I turn the phone back on I get all kinds of notifications that I have voice mails and texts. I know that they came while the phone was off or out of range (reception) because it happens when I am in class or work and I don't get reception then or have to turn the phone off.

The voicemails are stored on the network side, not on your phone. SMS and MMS I believe get queued until phone reception is restored (or power, same difference). Thats why you get a pile at once as soon as you turn your phone on or come out of class.
